Introduction to DockPanel NAV Table Properties for V8 Search XE
Details "NAV Table Properties" for a table from a Dynamics NAV/BC SQL Server database, provides a tabular view of all information in the NAV / BC objects.
The "NAV Table Properties" area is visible in V8 Search XE by default.

Updatable: Yes "C/AL Objekt": Displays objektes in a structure. This text field is automatically filled if you have selected a table name in Navigation explorer. V8 Search XE then translates the SQL table name into the table name of the Dynamics object. You also have the possibility to enter a name manually. In the window, the Properiets for the keys or triggers are displayed with the respective actions.

V8 Source Code Search is an easy to use search module to quickly find text in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central / NAV objects. With this module it is possible to get a quick and effortless overview of C/AL code, modules and dependencies. This page explains how to search for objects using Code Search, how to narrow the scope of a search, and what search syntax is supported. Please see DockPanel Code Search for further information. Press the button in the upper right corner with the search symbol. In a list you will get the search result. By pressing the right mouse button you can open the object as a document in a window via the context menu. Or you can display it as a report object. Opening the object also works with a double click on the selected line.
